The City Salad

Serves 2, prep time 20min

2 heads salanova lettuce, chopped
Small handful baby mustard greens, chopped into bite sized pieces 
2 sprigs of each spearmint and Vietnamese coriander, sliced into thin strips
3 green onions, white party chopped finely, green part sliced to ¼” pieces diagonally

Dressing Ingredients
2 tbs Canola or grapeseed oil
1½ tsp ponzu, amino acids or soy sauce
1 lime, juiced
1 squirt of honey or ½ tsp simple syrup 

1. Wash and chop lettuce. Use your lettuce spinner or pat dry with towel.
2. Prep herbs and onions.
3. Put all dressing ingredients in dressing bottle or measuring cup. Shake or whisk to combine.
4. Toss all salad ingredients in a bowl, dress and serve.
5. Enjoy! 

Add some fresh cilantro, chopped English or Persian cucumbers, shaved carrots or mung sprouts!
