The Best Radish Salad

Serves 2, prep time 20min

1 head salanova lettuce, I used half green, half purple
½ bulb Refarmery’s ringmaster onion, plus its full stem, finely sliced  
5 radishes, thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients
juice from ​½ orange
juice from ½ lemon
2½ t​bs extra virgin olive oil
1 ​tsp honey ​(Bruthas Honey was incredible in this!)​
​1½ tsp thyme (dried or fresh)​

1. ​Remove leaves from head of lettuce and w​ash. Use your lettuce spinner or pat dry with towel.
2. ​Wash and slice radish and onion.
3. ​​Whisk all ​liquid ​dressing ingredients​ to combine thoroughly.
4. ​Mix thyme into dressing.​​
5. ​Toss all salad ingredients in a bowl, dress and serve. 
6​. Enjoy! 

For an extra little yum, ​I added some ​chopped walnuts and half a medium boiled egg 🙂
