Burgess Brothers Cornbread Muffins & Churwaffle

Ingredients
8oz package of Burgess Brother Cornbread Mix
1/3 c milk (any kind)
1/3 c oil (canola, vegetable, coconut)
1/3 c water

Cornbread Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into muffin tin or small cast iron skillet.
  4. Bake for 14-18 minutes, until muffins are golden brown.
  5. Enjoy!

Churwaffle Instructions

  1. Heat your Churwaffle.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into each Churwaffle maker, close to cook.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, until Churwaffles are golden brown.
  5. Enjoy!
